My deepest sympathy and prayers to the entire family. My friend, future brother-in-law, and neighbor. Words cannot convey what my heart felt when you left us unexpectedly. Such a sweet spirit and loving person. Our life is not our own, to Him we do belong. You were the bright light in my life every day we greeted one another from across the street, whether coming or going. You are in heavenly peace forevermore.

To the Rowand & Foulks family on the loss of your dear brother, father, uncle, etc. Sending my most sincere condolences to each of you. I have known Jesse for many years, and through out these years whenever I saw him, he was always full of jokes and having fun just being Jesse. He would always greet you with a hug and a smile that lit up the room. I never seen him with a sad face, but always jolly. We also share the same birthday, December 31st. So Jesse, take up your wings and fly away to be at rest, for your family and friends loved you, but God loved you best.
