Jessica Rachael Peter

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Jessica Rachael Peter, affectionately known as Jess, who left this world far too soon on February 28, 2026. Born on April 26, 1979, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Jess was a radiant spirit whose boundless energy illuminated those around her. She is survived by her mother Denine Dominguez, step father Miguel Dominguez, sister Camille Foulenfont, brother in law AJ Foulenfont, grandmother Mary Garcia, children Jeremiah Montoya, Serina Martinez, Alexis Martinez, and Alex Martinez, as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended friends and family, and her little dog Honey. She is proceeded in death by her sister Christina Peter, grandparents, and uncles.

We will remember Jess for her nurturing ways and her loving spirit. She truly appreciated the small joys in life; her memories of shopping trips with her mother who was also her best friend, indulging in afternoons spent getting their nails done, going out to eat, and family holidays and birthdays. Jess had a passion for life, often seen walking her dog, Honey, through the sunlit streets. She truly loved her family and friends and all the adventures that came along with them.

She found solace in her faith, regularly attending church with her mom and her grandma, where she devoted countless hours to honoring her Lord and Savior.

Rest in peace with the Lord, Jess. We will love you and miss you forever.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 14th at Grace Community Church, 2247 Camino Carlos Rey, Santa Fe NM 87505.
