Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 2:00 pm in the Sunrise Chapel at Walters Funeral Home for Jessie James Fletcher Sr., 64, who passed away April 6, 2023 at St. Joseph's Carpenter House. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 1:00 - 8:00 pm, and resume Thursday morning at 8:00 am until time of service.
Survivors include his wife, Lola Fletcher; one son, Jessie James Fletcher Jr.; five daughters, Heidi Gayle Quinonez, Linda Korrodi, Darlene Korrodi, Terry Korrodi, and Melissa Korrodi; one brother, Frank James Fletcher; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlene and Stanley Fletcher; two daughters, Lena McCulla and Dana Korrodi; and siblings Brenea Fletcher, Barbara Fletcher, Thomas Fletcher, and Curtis Fletcher.
Jessie was originally from Slidell, but lived in Scott for the past 25 years.
Pallbearers will be Jessie James Fletcher Jr., Frank James Fletcher, Jessie Fletcher III, Koty Reyes, Donnie Meche, and Roy Meche.
