Birth and Early Life Jestine "Tine" Bolden Johnson was born on December 1, 1939, in
Braggs, Oklahoma, to parents Mallie and Jessie Bolden. She was baptized at the Black Jack Baptist Church, where she was surrounded by a strong sense of faith, family, and community. Her early education took place at Howard Chapel.
Family and Marriage While attending Lincoln High School in Fort Gibson, Tine met a young man who would change the course of her life forever - Jack Milton Johnson. Together, they raised two children, Kathy and Jack Jr. (Mike), and their home was filled with laughter and adventure.
Faith The family became members of Greater Canaan Baptist Church in Muskogee, where Tine faithfully served in various roles, including church secretary, clerk, and choir member. Her unwavering faith remained her anchor and source of strength through both times of illness and moments of triumph.
Work and Passions Tine dedicated over twenty years to the Funsten Nut Company, earning the respect and admiration of her coworkers. However, her greatest passion was always her family. She cherished family gatherings, particularly the Mackey Family Reunion and Decoration Day, where her soul food dishes were always a highlight. Tine also had a love for antiques and collectibles - always searching for treasures.

Final Tribute Jestine lived a life rooted in faith and love. Now, she rests in the peace of God's embrace, beside her devoted husband of 67 years, Jack.
