Jesus Mendoza Obituary

Published by Legacy on Dec. 5, 2025.
Jesus Manuel Ayala Mendoza-lovingly known as Chuy and Jesse-entered the gates of Heaven on November 13, 2025, at the age of 57. He was welcomed with open arms by our Lord Jesus, his Abuelita Reyes, his brother Freddy, his nephew Nachito, his nieces Tita, Destiny, Maritza, and his sister-in-law Gloria.

Born on May 5, 1968, in Juárez, Chihuahua, México, to Jesus and Gloria Ayala, Chuy was one of fourteen children. He grew up in Los Angeles (El Sereno), where he learned resilience from a young age. Despite many challenges, he carried a generous heart, deep loyalty, and a smile that could light up any room.

Chuy was the kind of man who would give his last cent to someone in need. He loved unconditionally, helped without hesitation, and stood by the people he cared for. Braver than he believed, stronger than he realized, and wiser than he knew, Chuy carried many burdens so others wouldn't't have to. He will be deeply and forever missed.
