Jesusa Guajardo "Susie" Garcia

Jesusa "Susie" Guajardo Garcia of Victoria passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 75. Born on July 27, 1950, in Victoria, she was a lifelong resident whose presence enriched the lives of all who knew her.
Susie was the beloved daughter of the late Guadalupe Guajardo and Juana Medellin. She was a devoted wife to Juan R. Garcia and a loving mother to Zandra Cuellar (Macky) and the late Martin Garcia. She had 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and 2 on the way. Her family was the cornerstone of her life, and she nurtured them with love, wisdom, and an unwavering spirit.
In addition to her immediate family, Susie's warmth and guidance extended to her siblings: Julia Lopez (Gilbert) and Lydia Garcia of Victoria, Texas, Timmy Guajardo, Guadalupe Guajardo Jr. (Lavina), Juan Guajardo (Christina) of Victoria, Texas, and the late Martin and Danny Guajardo. She was a source of strength and joy for her family, and her legacy will continue to live on through them.
Her memory will be cherished and celebrated by all who were touched by her kindness and compassion.
A Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Angel Lucy's Funeral Home from 5pm to 8pm, with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 6pm. Visitation will resume on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 8:15am with a Funeral Mass to begin at 9am. Burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
The honor of serving as pallbearers has been bestowed upon Fabian Garcia, Greggy Garcia, Martin Garcia Jr., Mark Garcia, Gavinn Bernal, and Macky Cuellar Jr. The honorary pallbearers, Mark Garcia Jr. and Macky Cuellar.
