Mr. Jianping Qi, born on February 28, 1955, in Weihai, Shandong, China, to Mr. Qiyi Qi and Mrs. Yuqing Xu, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2024, in Towson, Maryland, with his beloved wife, Hongwei Liu, by his side.
Jianping will be profoundly missed by his devoted wife, Hongwei Liu. He is preceded in death by his parents, Qiyi Qi and Yuqing Xu.
