Jill Marie Gross

After a fierce and difficult battle with cancer, we regret to announce the passing of Jill Gross. Jill passed away peacefully on June 20 th, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones.
Born in 1979 in Lorain, Ohio to Guy Gross and Terri Kozmon, Jill was tough, resilient, and loyal from a young age. She was very passionate about nursing, always helping others as an RN at the Cleveland Clinic. Jill was actively going to school to pursue her dream to become a nurse practitioner.
Jill was an amazing mother, bringing two beautiful children into this world - Brooke (8) and Thomas (2) – with their father Matthew Musick. Her children meant everything to her, and Jill was never more in her element and happy than when she was with Brooke and Thomas.
Jill was a great friend, sister, mother, daughter, and so much more to those who knew her. As no surprise to those who knew her, Jill put up an immense fight in her battle with cancer over the past year – setting an example for all of us on how to face immeasurable adversity with strength and grace.
Jill leaves behind:
* Her loving daughter and son, Brooke & Thomas Musick
* Her mother Terri Kozmon (Emrock)
* Her father Guy Gross
* Laszlo Kozmon (stepfather and husband to Terri Kozmon)
* Patty Gross (stepmother)
* Randi Boss (Gross; sister)
* Matthew Musick (father to Brooke and Thomas)
* In addition, Jill is survived by the extended Gross and Emrock families representing 4 generations
JILL'S FUNERAL MASS WILL BE HELD AT ST. LUKE THE EVANGELIST PARISH, 1212 BUNTS RD. IN LAKEWOOD ON JULY 1 AT 10:00 A.M.
FOLLOWED BY A BURIAL SERVICE AT RIDGE HILL MEMORIAL PARK, 44805 N. RIDGE ROAD IN AMHERST AT 12:15 P.M.
THE FAMILY INVITES ALL WHO LOVED JILL FOR A LUNCHEON FOLLOWING THE SERVICES AT ROSEWOOD PLACE, 4493 OBERLIN AVE. IN LORAIN.
