Jillian Joy Lunzer, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2024, at the age of 42. She was born on October 1, 1982, in Baldwin, WI to Barry and Mary Jo Lunzer. Jill graduated in 2001 from Baldwin-Woodville High School. She continued her education and obtained an Associates Degree in Information Technology – Web Analyst/Programmer.
Jill came into this world filled with determination and defied all odds since the day she was born. She was always there with a listening ear, open heart, offering advice, or sharing her Peanut Butter Cups while enjoying her can of Coca Cola. She was known for her strong will, great sense of humor, unwavering determination, her computer talents, and for her love and support that she had for family. She took pride in using her skills to help others create and design many items, such as can koozies, hats, shirts, business cards, or whatever people needed. Her love for her nieces and nephews was unmatched. In her spare time you could find her watching the Packers or Badgers, designing things on her computer, staying up until the early morning hours, spending time at their camper at Bone Lake, or did we mention spoiling her nieces and nephews? She was always their biggest fan and checked in on them every day.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Gerald and Marie Lunzer. Maternal grandparents, Joe and Marian Roraff. Aunts, Joan Lund and Faith Veenendall and her uncle Tom Lund.
Jill will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She showed all of us what it meant to be strong, positive, and simply never complained. She showed us how to live life everyday to the fullest and gave her heart to all that were in her life. She will forever remain in the hearts of her parents, Barry and Mary Jo Lunzer, her siblings, Allie (Chris) Carroll and Bryce (Kortney) Lunzer along with the lights of her life five nieces and nephews; Brecken, Bransen, and Bristol Carroll and Liam and Leighton Lunzer. Along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and lifelong friends.
A celebration of life for family and friends will be from 3-7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at the O'Connell Family Funeral Home of Baldwin, WI. The family will have a private burial at a later date.
