I worked with Jim at Vickers for about 20 years. He was and is a good honorable man, hard worker. He helped me be a better leader and person. I truly miss Jim, his brother Randy and father Art. I offer my sincere condolences to the Collard family for their loss. Jim is serving with God and his other family members that preceded him in death.

Jim Fred was my second cousin. I have fond memories of visiting him on their family farm when we were young. I was a city kid, so I loved going to the country and actually getting to ride a horse. I remember Jim Fred was a tease and took delight in pulling my long braids. As adults our lives took us in different directions, so we did not often see each other, but when we did, it was fun to catch up on our lives and families. I was sad to hear of Jim´s passing and my thoughts and prayers are with his family.
