A funeral service for Mr. Billups, will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 12:00 Noon at Van Hoose & Steele Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., Chapel - 2615 Stillman Blvd, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35401
Mr. Billups' cousin, Rev. James Hughes, of Brunswick, Ohio will officiate and serve as Eulogist.
Burial will follow in Cedar Oak Memorial Park, 1401 Mimosa Park Road, Tuscaloosa, Alabama 35405
Please be reminded that Tuscaloosa Police Department does not provide police escort.
Saturday, September 27, 2025, please obey all traffic lights, stop signs, yield signs, and the law.
