I lost a life long best friend when Jimmy passed in early October. We were friends from way back in grade school at Bashford Manor middle school. We ran around together in Buechel terrorizing the neighborhood just down the street from St Barths parish. We played Basketball together at Seneca and softball for too many years together to remember for the Wrecking Crew. Jimmy was always an excellent athlete with a view of things that did not always match that of his coaches. In our college years at spring break in Florida, Jimmy had to get me and Jim Denny out of jail for extracurricular activities at the beach! On the way back home we ran out of gas in Chattanooga and watched the UK - Indiana ncaa matchup at a Kmart sitting on coolers. Jimmy's work keep him on the road quite a bit, but we always managed to stay in touch and hit a couple of UK games together during our careers. One of the things I admired the most about Jimmy was his family values. You always saw Jimmy and Brenda with their family ( Coleman and Hallie). They put them above everything else. Rest In peace my friend, until we meet again ! Jerry Hills

Every time I saw Jim drive down the road he'd stop for a friendly chat with Shallow in his lap. Seeing he and Brenda in the truck was always a joy. His help with St. Mary's bowling will be greatly missed.

Charlie & family,
Please accept my condolences. We exchanged a lot of laughs, stories, and memories from back in the day.
