Jimmy Long Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
Visitation will be held at Scottsboro Funeral Home on Friday, November 14, 2025 from 5-7 p.m. Funeral service will at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Pastor Johnny Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Paint Rock Cemetery.
Mr. Long is survived by his wife, Marsha Long; daughters, Emily Moss (Zechariah) and Celeste George; son, Russell Long; grandchildren, Nathan, Katelyn, Lillian, Ethan, and Samantha; great grandchildren, Avery, Aidan, Carson, Ember and Jayce; sisters, Celia Whitus and Kathy Austin; several nieces and nephews; and his church family.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Joe, Jerry, and David Long; and parents, J.W. & Sarah Long.
