Jimmy D. Sullivan

Jimmy D. Sullivan, 70, of Levittown, passed away on January 12, 2017. He is survived by his mother, Aline Sullivan, his wife, Doris Sullivan, his siblings: Ricky Sullivan, Carolyn Morrison, Carl Sullivan, and Pearl Emeyabbi, his sons: James (Sue), Robert (Missy Purr), and Timothy (Dawn Niles), his grandchildren: David Sullivan, Josh Sullivan, Louis Purr (Kimberly), Lucas Purr (Kristen), Kristiana Marie Sullivan, Miranda Sullivan (Eliezer), Jasper Sullivan, Samantha Niles, Richie Niles, and Tyler Niles, and his great-grandchildren: Louis Purr, Logan Purr, Skylynn Purr, Kayden Quinones, and Liam Quinones. He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Sullivan, and his daughter-in- law, Laura Sullivan. Jimmy was born in McKinney, Texas. He enlisted in the US Army at the age of 17, and served from 1964 to 1966. He was married for 50 wonderful years to his sweetheart Doris. He loved spending time with his family, watching western movies, fishing, playing pool, listening to country music, finding antiques, cooking for his family, and being a big flirt. He had a big heart, was a friend to all, made everyone laugh, and loved relaxing with a beer in one hand and a cigarette in the other. Relatives and friends are invited to Jimmy's memorial life celebration on Wednesday, January 18th, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, at the Beck-Givnish Funeral Home, 7400 New Falls Rd, in Levittown, PA 19055.
