Jimmy Vestal Obituary
Jimmy was born May 29, 1937, in Ruleville to Oliver Clinton Vestal and Gertrude Vestal. He worked as a house painter for many years before retiring. He was a very hard worker and was always willing to do anything to help others. Jimmy was a Baptist by faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lena Vestal; two brothers, Gene Vestal and Oliver Clinton Vestal, Jr.; and four sisters, Gail Burchfield, Nell Blassingame, Loyce Brock, and Joyce Williams.
Jimmy is survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Burton Funeral Home in Indianola. The memorial service will begin at 2:00 pm with Rev. Bob Hill officiating. Burton Funeral Home of Indianola has been entrusted with arrangements.
