Jimmy Lee Wise

Jimmy Wise, 86, of Saint Augustine, Florida, passed away on November 19th, 2025 at Bailey Family Community Hospice. He was born on April 6th, 1939 in Franklin County, Florida to the late Laura Siller and Esker Wise. He was the widower of Linda Wise. They shared 45 wonderful years of marriage together. He owned Wise Land Development for several years, and was well known for his work and operating abilities.
Jimmy was an amazing dad, grandpa, great grandpa and friend. He was a lifelong fisherman and during his life he enjoyed traveling the Appalachia with his late wife Linda. Jimmy's kids stated that they learned a lot from their father, most notable being that he always taught them to respect their elders and to say the blessing before you eat because it makes the food taste better. Jimmy is survived by his children David and Alicia, his grandchildren Shyanne and Cierra, and his great grandchild Lilah. He was preceded in death by his wife Linda and his daughter Teresa.
A graveside service will be held on December 5th at 12:00 PM at Craig Memorial Park, 2600 Old Moultrie Rd. Saint Augustine, FL 32086. Friends and loved ones are invited to attend and honor Jimmy's memory.
