Jimmy Joe Wright, 71, of Quinlan passed away on November 8, 2025 in Dallas, Texas. He was born May 10, 1954 in Greenville, Texas to James Nelson Wright and Ina Ruth Ingram Nelson.
Jimmy Joe was a carpet layer by trade. He also installed elevators and performed carpentry work. He enjoyed fishing, his dogs and his grandchildren.
Jimmy Joe is preceded in death by his parents James Nelson Wright and Ina Ruth Ingram Nelson, and grandson Alan Wayne McBride. Those left to celebrate his life are spouse, Teresa. Sisters Janet Nichol and husband Eddie, and Debbie Castleberry. Numerous nieces and nephews. Daughters Stefanie Holbrook and husband, Brent. Misty McBride and husband, Jeff. Grandchildren Courtani Eller, John Eller, Cheyenne McBride, Dakota McBride, Stormy McBride, Siera McBride, Madyson Holbrook, Blake Holbrook and Kenlea Holbrook. Great Grandchildren Colt McCabe and Alan Wayne McBride.
