Joan Barnish Obituary
Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was a resident of Berea since 1960, She was a member of St. Innocent Orthodox Church. Joan enjoyed collecting antiques and Hosting family and friends for parties.
Preceded in death by her parents Nestor and Florence her loving Husband Stanley and son Christopher. She is survived by her children Margo (Robert) Disher, and Athena (Phillip) Anderson; sister Margo Smolic and Athena Bradley; grandchildren Arion Warren, Kelian Disher and Ian Anderson.
Visitation will be Sunday December 7, 2025 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at Baker Kensinger Funeral Home.
Father Paisios Hamann will conduct a Funeral Service Monday December 8,20205 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Innocent Orthodox Church 8526 Usher Rd , Olmsted Falls, Ohio.
Followed by Burial at Sunset Cemetery.
Should friends desire, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
