Joan M. Billings

(Albion) Joan M. Billings age 90, passed away peacefully November 3, 2023 from natural causes. She was born July 1, 1933 in Toronto Canada to John and Frances Wilkins.

Joan loved everyone she ever met and no one was ever a stranger. She was well known for always walking or taking the bus all over town. She loved her family more than anything and then she loved her porcelain dolls. She was a giver, had a heart of gold and always had a smile on her face.

She was predeceased by her sweet daughter Jacqueline Frances Williams; her loving sons Stephen James Williams II, John Arthur Williams, Robert Arron Williams and her precious grandsons Delmus Ray Nichols, Baby Jordan Mathew Williams and Tyler Lee Ward.

Joan is survived by her sisters Shirley (Tony) Martello from Batavia, Mary from Ohio; children Cheryl A. Williams, Gilbert (Chrissy) Williams, Mary L. Williams Borrero and Lisa M. Williams who was raised by Joan. She also had many grandchildren, great and great-great-grandchildren who she loved to pieces.

Please join the family in celebrating her life on Friday November 17th at Harvest Christian Fellowship, 560 East Ave. Albion NY 14411 at 1:00pm. Burial will be in Otter Creek Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Albion.
