Dear Birk Family, I can't believe it's been 5 years . We had some pictures out last week of some of our many trips together, what wonderful memories. We still miss them both. Love to all !

I met Joan when I started working at Value City. She was always so nice. She become not just a co-worker but a friend. Blessings to your family, they are in my prayers. I will always remember you.

Bill, I'm so sorry for your loss. I could not make it to the funeral home as my wife is in the hospital and I could not get away.

God has one beautiful angel in heaven looking over us. I can remember the days when she watched baseball and softball at Germantown when I was a child, she was always the one that never had anything bad to say,and then I was fortunate that I was able to see her at many of the SSM, ST.X and Germantown games supporting our teams as well as seeing her at the many Derby parties at the Haydens. I always looked forward to seeing her and talking about her children and her beloved grandchildren. Rest in Peace and you will be grately missed. My thought and prayers with the Hayden and Birk families.
