She is survived by Mark Casey, Christopher, Ashley, Michelle, Jessie, and Lori Watson, Tim, Kasey, Makayla, Isabella andTerry (Pam Bell) Casey, Bobby (Jamie), Lindy Simmons, Aaron (Chuck) Bell and 15 great grandchildren.
Annetta is proceeded in death by Wanda Castleberry, William Willard, Clarene McHenry, Julia Mae Hembree and Dean Willard.
