Joan Dalis

I was just thinking of Mrs. Dalis and what a wonderful person she was and an inspiration to me and happen to look her name up and saw this. I had to say she was such a wonderful person to meet and know and I am blessed that she crossed my path and spent much time talking with me. I know her light still continues to shine because she was such a beacon of hope and such a joy. I was a young woman when we met and pregnant with my first child. She asked me his name, and I told her Daniel James, and she was overjoyed.......I know she is truly missed...

I will always remember Joanie stopping by our house to check in and dashing out to follow sirens when they passed!! She wanted to see what was happening!

I can hardly believe 'Joanie" has been gone for 3 years now. I miss her every day, but she is always with me and Fritz in our home; in all the family photos of Joanie and all of us having fun times....like the attached picture of Joanie shopping with Sandy and enjoying these happy children. And, of course, Joanie taking pictures of her friends and their children on The Oceans beach...

I remember Joanie standing in the doorway of our house at 312 and telling us about the police cars and ambulance she had just chased to see what was going on!! We love her and miss being able to have those great times together!

Joan was one of he dearest people I've ever met and my life is better because of her. We shared some great Wards Corner memories and laughs. I'll be forever grateful to her for loving the organizations dear to me. I'm sending prayers and love to her friends and family.

My deepest sympathies to the Flowers family. I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. May Gods loyal love give you a measure of comfort during this time of sadness, Psalms 119:76.

I am so sorry to hear about your sister Sandy. I remember meeting her and doing something to her plants. She was a fabulous person and I know you will miss her. Thinking of you during this sad time.
