I am so saddened to hear of Joan's passing. Always kind to her patients and adding a bit of levity to their day. Joan was a wonderful co- worker and person.

When I think of Joan , I think of her on the nursing unit at the Rehab.. A smile on her face, warmth and kindness that could not be matched. I once heard the expression " people like to be around happy people!" Joan personified that feeling. On Friday I went to the farmers market , and I felt such a loneliness for Joan because we would often run into each other there.
To her family my deepest condolences. Please take great comfort in knowing that she loved you with all of her heart. You were her greatest joy.
I´m rather certain that Heaven is now an even happier place and perhaps a little more mischievous.
We love you Joan!

I was surprised and saddened by the news of Joan´s passing. She was a wonderful, kind and silly at times. We had a lot of good times working together at Brecknock. Sending prayers and huge hugs to all the family.
