Joan Ferro Obituary
Born on June 6, 1933 in New York, New York, Joan was raised in Jersey City, before moving to Morganville, New Jersey and then retiring to Palm Coast.
She was predeceased by her parents, John and Margaret Polansky and a brother, John.
Joan was a graduate of Ferris High School. She worked for Western Electric, Kearney, NJ and Freehold Borough High School, before retiring from AT&T, Piscataway, NJ in 1998.
Joan is survived by her husband of 69 years, John; three children: son, Robert and his wife, Tammy; son, John, Jr.;
and a daughter, Sharon Crippen and her husband, Robert; six grandchildren: Nicole, Michael, Steven, Marc, Alexis, and Jennifer; and five great-grandchildren: Lucas, Matilda, James, Max, and Ryan, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A funeral mass will be held Saturday, November 19th at 1:00 PM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. 4600 Belle Terre Pkwy, Palm Coast, FL 32137.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Ronald McDonald House, 26345 Network Place, Chicago, IL 60673-1263 (www.rmhc.org).
