Joan Loraine Fowler

A very funny lady with a great laugh. She had a very joyful presence. She will be missed.

I learned how to drive when I was 14 years old I remember Joan and her then boyfriend Ernie Hamlin would take off with me and just go for a drive we'd get a couple blocks away from the house and switch places I'd get in the driver seat and they would get in the back seat and make out while I drove around the neighborhood in the back streets eventually Ernie became Troy's father and they were married

We were saddened to hear of Joan's passing. We were blessed to have taken care of Joan at a care facility she lived at during her years with Dementia. Joan was the sweetest most loving lady and always had a smile on her face!! Joan will always hold a special place in ours hearts!! Rip our angel!! Love Debbie, Karyn & Dave from Pine Ridge.
