Joan Hahn Obituary

Born in Chicago, IL on June 26, 1933 to Mae (Bleskan) and Roy Heywood. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Nevin A Hahn Sr, her mother Mae (Bleskan) Putman, her father Roy Heywood and her son in law Michael Keenum.

Survived by her son Thomas Hahn (Kathy) of Homer Glen IL, her daughter Kathleen Keenum of Cassopolis MI, her son Nevin Hahn Jr (Bette) of Ingleside IL, her son Roy Hahn (Arlene) of Sycamore IL, her son James Hahn (Leanne) of Orland Park IL, her son Robert Hahn of St. Joseph MI, her son Daniel Hahn (Andrea) of Homer Glen IL, and her daughter Colleen Laino (Marc) of Chicago IL. Also survived by her sister Donna Moreland of Marshall TX.

Grandmother of 26, great grandmother of 30. Aunt to many beloved nieces and nephews. Joan enjoyed music and travel, loved to play canasta, and was an avid reader. She spent many wonderful years with her family enjoying Diamond Lake in Cassopolis, MI and she was a dedicated member of the Cass County Council on Aging. A celebration of life will take place in the warmer months on a date to be announced. Donations in Joan's name can be made to Cass County COA.

Our condolences to the family. We did not know Joan personally, but we knew Kay (Kathleen) and if Joan was anything like Kay, she must have been a wonderful woman. We wish you well and that God´s hand will be on each other you as you remember Joan.
