Joan Hill Obituary
January 28, 1962 – March 4, 2026
Joan F. Hill, affectionately known as "Joanie," was born on January 28, 1962, in Newark, NY, and passed away peacefully on March 4, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.
Joanie's life was defined by her kindness, her vibrant spirit, and the deep love she held for those around her. She leaves to cherish her memory her two children, Joe Rambo, Jr. and Christine Cooper; four grandchildren who brought her endless joy; her beloved mother, Deloris Cooper; three siblings; and a host of extended family members and dear friends who will forever hold her close in their hearts.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, March 13th, from 5–7 p.m. at Dierna Funeral Home 2309 Culver Rd. (near Norton St.)
A Celebration of Life will follow on Saturday, March 14th at 10 a.m., also at Dierna Funeral Home
Interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery.
To honor Joanie's bright and joyful personality, the family kindly asks that attendees wear vibrant colors in celebration of her life.
