Mrs. Joan Carol Lay

Joan Carol Lay, 68, of Tipton, Missouri passed away Monday, August 25, 2014 at her home. She was born on March 31, 1946 in Kirkwood , Missouri to Roney and Flora (Jameson) Pritchett. On July 1, 1962 in Rolla, she married to Paul Lay who survives of the home. She was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing. Joan also enjoyed flowers, puzzles and being around her family. Joan is also survived by: three children, Doug Lay (Donna)of Tipton, Artenze Lay of Tipton and Arbizene Buzard (Rich)Jefferson City; two brothers Ronnie and Charlie Pritchett; seven grandchildren: Matthew, Joshua, Sarah, Julie, Kathrine, Brad, Uriah; 9 Great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death an infant son Perry James Lay in 1969, one sister, and three brothers.
