Joan Mary (nee Tapper) Morgan

Joan Mary Morgan (nee Tapper) of Audubon entered into eternal life on June 8, 2017. Born December 5, 1946 in Philadelphia to the late Charles Joseph and Helen Elizabeth Tapper (nee O'Brien).  Joan is preceded in death by her devoted husband of 45 years Richard William Morgan. Loving mother to Patricia Ann Dirks, Susan Kathryn Mascaro (Michael), Kristy Marie Teel (Andrew), doting grandmother to Michael (Britt) and Dylan Dirks, Morgan and Michael Mascaro, Brandon and Emily Teel, and great grandmother to Kane and Khloe Dirks, dear sister to Charles Tapper, Theresa Vanderslice (Ted), Helen Rogers (William) and the late Joseph Tapper and friend to many.  Joan came from a large, close knit family and loved to celebrate every holiday, birthday, school events and get together, which were many and often.  Her daily conversations with those closest will be deeply missed.  Joan enjoyed having lunch with girlfriends, traveling with family to Lake Harmony and more recently throughout the world.  Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and children who were the center of her world.  Last, but not least, she loved to keep her SOB's in line.  Family and friends are invited to Joan's Life Celebration on Thursday June 15, 2017 from 9-9:50AM followed by her Funeral Mass at Visitation B.V.M Parish of Norristown, 196 N Trooper Rd.
