I was privileged to work with Joan at Texas Utilities. She was very bright, a talented writer, a thoughtful strategist, and a great spokesperson. She was a dedicated professional and a key member of the management team. More importantly, she had a delightful personality and was a wonderful friend. I count it a true blessing to have known her.

Joan was a co-worker of mine at The T. She was such a sweet lady. Diligent. Cared greatly about the work she did.

I was honored and blessed to have worked with Joan during my time at TXU. She was incredibly talented and a consummate professional at all times. I will always have fond memories of being "in the trenches" with Joan as we worked through the toughest communications challenges. She was the best!

What an asset you were to Trinity Metro and our media relations. I know the reporters always appreciated your commitment to getting them thorough answers. I am grateful for our time working together.
