Sherri,
I just found out about your mom's passing...so sorry.
My fondest memory - about a week after my daughter was born, I called Joan and when she answered, I simply said,"I need a shower." Joan said what and after repeating what I said, she was like... Susan, you need a shower so you want me to come over and watch your daughter? I said yes. She became my daughter's first babysitter and was like a third grandma to her. Joan was an amazing person and I will always rememberher.

To Sherri and Joan´s Family,
I am sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of Joan from when we worked together at Perry Middle School & McCord Middle School. I know how special your relationship with your mother is, Sherri. You will be in our prayers during the difficult days ahead, though I hope your happy memories give you strength.
