Joan E Weiss, 96, passed away January 26, 2026. She was a Central High School graduate and a long-time member of Concordia Lutheran Church.
Joan was preceded in death by her loving husband Richard, and daughters, Susan Ann and Wendy. She is survived by her children, Gary (Susan) Weiss, John (Lori) Weiss and Linda (Jim) Triola; step-sister Pam (Ed) Mains; 6 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and cousin, Vivian Harig.
Calling hours will be Friday, January 30, 2026 from 10 – 11 a.m. at Concordia Lutheran Church, 724 Sumner St., Akron, OH 44311, followed by the funeral service at 11 a.m. with Pastor J Voelker II officiating. Burial to follow at Glendale Cemetery in Akron. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Concordia Lutheran Church.
