JoAnn Adcock Obituary

JoAnn was a member of Homestead Heights and a charter member of The Summit Church, where she faithfully served in the choir.
Mrs. Adcock is survived by her husband, Edward Earl Adcock; daughters, Debbie Johnson (Dan) Goodwin and Lori Carden Williams; grandchildren, Matthew (Cecily) Jackson, Amber (Alex Mazzone) Riggs, Justin Wilson; great grandchildren Mckayla Jackson, Mason Jackson, Maverick Jackson, Hayden Riggs, Braylee Mazzone; brother, Bobby (Pam) Sandling; sisters in law, Mary Englebright, Shirley Oakley, Jenny Elliott and Teresa Wheeler.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, November 14, 2025 at The Summit Church North Campus (3263 Rose of Sharon Rd. Durham, NC 27712), officiated by Rev. Chris Gaynor. The family will receive friends for a visitation One hour prior to service at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at the Creedmoor City Cemetery.
Flowers are acceptable or memorial donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association Eastern North Carolina, 3737 Glenwood Ave., Suite 100, Raleigh. NC 27612
