Funeral service for Mrs. JoAnn C. Hinton, 87, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 1:00PM Monday, December 1, 2025, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe with Rev. Roger Stoffer officiating. Interment will follow in Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery in Dubach, LA. Visitation will be from 12:00PM until 1:00PM Monday, December 1, 2025, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hinton was born on November 1, 1938, in Bernice and passed away on November 28, 2025, in Monroe. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Eunice Campbell; and husband Reggie Hinton.

Mrs. Hinton was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church, where she served as treasurer for many years. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and church family. Mrs. Hinton also served as a former director at the Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home.

Survivors include her children, Terry Rea and wife Kimberly, Cindy Albritton and husband Mike, and Toni McDonald and husband Roger; grandchildren, Jennifer Colvin, Daniel Laird, and Jessica Mitchell and husband Nathan; and great grandchildren, Kaden Collins and Meredith Laird.

Pallbearers will be Robby Roberson, Tony Butler, Deany Henning, John Campbell, Donnie Collins, Kaden Collins, and Josh Keeton.

Memorials may be made to the Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home.
