JoAnn L Horner

I am so sorry to hear of JoAnn´s passing. Although I have not seen her for many years, I have fond memories growing up with JoAnn. She was a favorite cousin who I looked up to. I really enjoyed when she moved to Sioux Falls to attend Stewart´s Hair school. She would tell or show us all the new styles and color in hair. My mom loved having her close by as well.
She was a talented and loving woman and she will be missed. God speed JoAnn
