Ferndale, Washington - JoAnn R. Johnson, age 65, of Ferndale, passed away on December 30, 2021. She was born on October 5, 1956, in San Diego, CA to Kenneth and Joan Johnson.
JoAnn was warm, fun and always up for an adventure. Especially when she could bring her nieces along. With music in her soul, she loved going to concerts, and playing her guitar. Willing to do anything for anyone in need, JoAnn exuded love and kindness. Her intelligence was fueled by reading and brought her success throughout her 35-year career with Samson Rope. JoAnn was an amazing woman who will be missed every minute of every day. Her family and friends cherish the stockpile of memories they made with JoAnn.
JoAnn is survived by her twin sister, Denise Mitchell; sister, Cristine Johnson-Staub; brother, Patrick Johnson; nieces; Cassandra and Kathleen; and grandniece, Maddy. Please share memories of JoAnn at molesfarewelltributes.com.

I am sorry I won't be able to attend JoAnns memorial service. She was a good friend. I have known her for 41 years. She helped me out a lot and introduced me to Kalua and Lonesome Dove. she will be greatly missed.
