JoAnn was born on January 6, 1947 and passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2019. She grew up in Williamsport, and was educated in Williamsport Public Schools graduating from Williamsport High School in 1964. Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 10:00am to 11:00am at Maneval Allen Redmond Cremation & Funeral Home, Williamsport. Burial with a graveside service will follow at Wildwood Cemetery with Reverend Doctor Maria Williams-Hawkins officiating. Visitation at the Maneval Allen Redmond Cremation &.
