JoAnne Marie Brown

JoAnne Marie Brown (nee Reed), of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Saturday, November 8, 2025 at the age of 91. Loving wife of the late John Jude Brown; beloved daughter of the late Harold J. and Louise Marie Reed; devoted mother of Kathy (Dan) Morrow and Colleen (Dave) Brown-Crone; cherished grandmother of George Morrow and Sam Morrow; dear sister of Jim (the late Barb) Reed. JoAnne is also preceded in death by her son, John Patrick Brown; daughter, Angela Brown; and her sisters, Mary (Bob) Szepanski and Millie (Jim) Lucas.

She found joy in creativity, whether through crafting, painting, or crochet, each piece reflecting her love for beauty and detail. Time spent with friends was precious to her—gathered around a table sharing stories, laughter, and meals that nourished both body and soul. Her life was deeply rooted in faith and guided by the love of family, values that shaped every moment and every relationship she cherished. Her warmth and kindness will be remembered by all who knew her.
