Joanne loved having coffee with her girlfriends, especially her longtime friend, Pat Lescinskas.
She will be remembered as an avid walker, as she could frequently be found walking Castle Island, a coffee aficionado, an animal lover, for her love for the holiday season, and for her constant use of the phrase “pleasant dreams.”
Family and friends will honor and remember Joanne’s life by gathering for visiting hours in the Murphy Funeral Home, 1020 Dorchester Avenue, DORCHESTER, on Sunday, January 5, 2025 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 P.M. Interment will be private.
