Joanne and I became the best of friends during a time when we both needed it.Though we had a parting of ways, I have thought of her always and appreciated her influence in my life. She was by far the most generous and good hearted person I have every known.I am sorry that we never reconnected and I am so sorry to hear that she has passed.My condolences to all of her family as I know how much she loved and was loved.

Growing up in Greenville, Joanne was a close friend of my sister, Patricia, and they always were doing things together. (Like carhops at the A&AW Root beer stand.) Sometimes, she seemed like second sister to me.

I saw a beautiful butterfly the day after she passed and I knew it was Jo saying goodbye. I think of all the good times we have had together and the hard times we shared I know you are with our Lil's and having a good laugh

I will miss my Aunt Joanne, she was one in a million. She always brought me, my brother, and my cousins anywhere we wanted to go. Swimming, Pawsox games, camping, fishing, and to the park or zoo. She was so much fun to be around, and always joked with us and made us laugh. She had a big place in her heart for us, and it showed. She was such a blessing in my life, as I know she was in others. She will be sorely missed. I love you Aunt Jo, and know we will see each other again. Until then I will be thinking of you and will be missing you.

To the entire Fallon Family: I have just learned of Jo's passing. I have been thinking of her recently, but failed to get in touch. She and I were best buds, growing up in Greenville, all those many years ago. We lived next door to each other on Spencer Rd. And went to St. Pat's High, although I was 2 years older. I will never forget her infectious laugh. I know that we will all meet again some day on the other side. Til then, my thoughts and prayers are with you all

Joanne and I worked with the Buddy program for many years. Though we had stayed in touch since she headed west, I was shocked to hear of her passing. Joanne was a brilliant woman with an immeasurable spirit. To her family, my condolences. I will miss you Joanne. You are truly unique and irreplaceable.

Auntie Jo- I miss you. Seeing you a few weeks ago only reinforced to me how much we all can learn from you. Listen, laugh, and love every day. We love you.

Jane, I am so incredibly sorry to hear about Jo. I immediately saw you and Jo singing so beautifully when we would walk out by the railroad tracks by my house in Santa fe. I am sad that she is gone and sad for you, my dear old friend.

Joanne and I had many adventures together! She was a free spirit and now she is free from earthly constraints. My heart goes out to Terry, Jane and Kevin and all the people who loved Joanne. We'll meet again one day....

A memorial for my sister will be held on July 16, 2011 at 5:00 pm with a potluck to follow. The service will be held at the High Desert Center For Spiritual Living in Paradise Hills. If anyone would like to share something about Jo please contact Jane

I have fond memories of Joanne from when we were kids in Greenville & attended school together from William Windsor all the way thru Mt. Pleasant HS. As a kid, she was very competitive (the result of all those siblings?) with lots of freckles & very intense eyes. Always thought of her as a friend. Please accept my sincere condolences.
