JoAnne Hahn, a beloved matriarch, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2025, at the age of 86. Born on July 14, 1939, in Cadet, Missouri, JoAnne was a devoted family member and a source of strength and inspiration to all who knew her.
JoAnne's life was characterized by her unwavering love for her family and her warm, caring nature. On May 9, 1970, she was united in marriage to Robert "Bob" Hahn, with whom she shared a beautiful life for 55 years. Together, they built a home filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
She took immense pride in her roles as a mother and grandmother, nurturing her family with dedication and affection. JoAnne is survived by her husband, Bob Hahn; her son, Chris Hahn, and his wife Anita; and her four treasured grandchildren, Randy, Patrick, Nathan, and Emily. Her deep love and devotion have left a lasting impact on their lives, and her spirit will continue to guide and inspire them.
JoAnne was preceded in death by her mother, Ester (Cook) DeGonia, and father, Howard William DeGonia; sisters, Mary Lenora Pashia, Sister Evonne DeGonia, Carol Mae DeGonia, and her brother, Howard Kenny DeGonia.
JoAnne will be remembered fondly for her loving spirit and devotion to her family, which she carried with great pride throughout her life. Her legacy of love will endure in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.
