JoAnne M. Miller

JoAnne M. Miller- Age 94 of Lowell, MI passed away peacefully on Sept. 25, 2025. She was born on Sept. 5, 1931, in Chicago, IL to Joseph Beck and Anna Beck Weege. She was preceded in death by husband Eugene Miller, parents Joseph Beck and Anna Beck Weege, brothers and sisters in law. Survived by sons James (Kim), Robert (Kim), Emery Eric (Dort), and Paul (Joanne). Her grandchildren, Charlie (Melissa), Brian (Megan), Erika (George), Jeff (Mark), Jessica (Pedro), Jason (Kay), Jourdan (Jeremy) along with many great grandchildren. Also, survived by brother-in-law, Dick Johnson, many nieces and nephews, and great friends Ray and Darlene, Peggy, and neighbors. JoAnne enjoyed the time spent with family and friends and thanked everybody who helped her over the years, especially as she aged. She loved life, enjoyed word puzzles, gardening, knitting, crocheting, traveling, among others and especially time with others. A special thanks from JoAnne and family go to Laurels of Kent Lowell who made her last 12 months happy and comfortable by caring for her. She was happy with how the staff and fellow residents made her time enjoyable and fun. JoAnne's decision is to be cremated by Roth-Gerst Funeral Home with no funeral service. A celebration of life to honor her will occur at a later date.
