Joanne Shatto Obituary
Joanne “Nonie” Helen Shatto (Lelonek), 91, of Duluth, passed February 15, 2026, at VitaCare Living of River Hill, Duluth, MN.
Joanne was born to Gladys and Clarence Lelonek from Spooner, WI.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Shatto; brothers, Clarence, Eugene “Bud”, and John; sisters, Donna Bolander and Gladys Glad.
She is survived by her and Walter’s sons, Gilbert, Mike, and Joe. They also fostered many other children through the years.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Kathy and the staff at VitaCare and Hospice, for their exceptional care of Joanne.
Graveside service to be held at a later date, yet to be determined. Interment will be at Sunrise Memorial Park Cemetery with Walter.
