Funeral services for Mr. Jobe Robinson, 73, of Delhi, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Monroe, LA, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd., Monroe. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until service time at the church.
Jobe Robinson was born in Winnsboro, LA on April 22, 1952 to the union of the late Ebbie and Maggie Robinson.
Jobe received his education at Franklin Parish School System in Winnsboro, LA.
He later served in the Job Corps. He spent fifty years working construction in the state of Illinois.
He leaves to church his memories, his wife of fifty-four years, Doris Robinson; son, Jasen Robinson (Dawn); two grandsons, Christopher Jobe Robinson and Isaiah James Robinson; granddaughter, Haley Lynn Robinson, and all of Chicago, Illinois; two brothers, Mack Robinson (Lorine), Saloman Robinson (Renea) of Winnsboro, LA; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Jobe was a member of Salem Lutheran Church in Homewood, Illinois before transferring his membership to Trinity Lutheran Church.
