Jocelyn T. "Jackie" Sova,

Saginaw, Michigan

Loving wife, mother and nana passed away peacefully Monday, March 9, 2026, at her home with her family at her side. Age 72 years. Daughter of the late Merle and Eleanor (Bohinski) LaTarte, Jocelyn was born November 7, 1953, in Saginaw, Michigan. She was married to Randy Sova, her loving husband of 46 years, on July 26, 1979. He survives her. Jackie was a member of United Church of Christ in Midland, Michigan. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, decorating, indoor plants, shopping, antiquing, road trips and especially her family.

Surviving besides her husband Randy are two daughters and one son, Jen and Marylou Walburn, Alpena; Rachael and Matthew Christianson, Midland; Randy G. Sova II, Saginaw; five grandchildren, Aaron, Samuel, Natalie, Emory and Molly; several nieces, nephews and special friends who knew her as "Mama J". Jackie was preceded in death by five grandchildren, three brothers and one sister.

Funeral Service will take place 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 12, 2026, at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty). Pastor Roger Pancost will officiate. A Private burial will take place in Midland Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home, where the family will be present on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or United Church of Christ in Midland.
