Rosie West Mills Childers
March 8, 2024
I'm saddened by the passing of childhood friend.. we were partners in the Boots and Saddle Club. We asked my mother Elsie West to make matching red satin shirts for us to wear in the rodeos we performed in. She did so on a treadle sewing machine. They were beautiful and we wore them with pride. The Carl and Minnie Eaves family were great leaders of the club. So many wonderful memories of all the fun things we did on horseback..
This picture has Carl, Janet, Philip, Larry, Doug and I in it.
With deepest sympathy, until we meet again,
Love Rosie
