Joe Hill

Joe was born on September 15, 1927 and passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2019. He attended barber school in Cincinnati, Ohio and had been a barber in Mullens since 1949. He was a U. S. Army Veteran having served during the Korean Conflict and in his leisure, he was an avid WVU fan, golfer, and loved spending time with his family. Joe had been a resident of Mullens since 1949, he was a member of the Mullens United Methodist Church, and the Mullens Masonic Lodge A. F. & A.M. Committal services and entombment will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday, September 19, 2019 at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Beckley with Rev. Doc Adkins officiating and a eulogy by Joe's grandson, Steve. For those attending the committal service, they are asked to meet at the mausoleum.
