Scooter was indeed quite the character. I will never forget him as my good friend from Essex wire. He was one crazy funny guy. Ride that Harley my friend to the Heavens where look forward to seeing again some day. Watch for Jay im sure he will be there to welcome you along with other friends and family. I Love you my friend.
