Joe Moellendorf Obituary
Joe Albert Moellendorf was born on November 6, 1938 in Harper, Texas to Theodore and Lydia Roeder Moellendorf.
He married Emma Carolyn Langbein on May 14, 1960 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Fredericksburg.
Joe Moellendorf is survived by his wife: Carolyn Langbein Moellendorf of Fredericksburg
Two daughters, two sons and spouses: Sandra and Todd Kneese of Johnson City
Ted and Sandra Moellendorf of Fredericksburg
Susan and James Stout of Fredericksburg
Russell Moellendorf of Fredericksburg
Six Grandchildren and spouses: Kyla and Cody Christopher, Megan and Alvin Anassi, Sam and RaNelle Welch, Kyle Guynes, Kayla and Josh Tolan and Colt Kneese
Nine Great-Grandchildren
Four sisters: Polly Zenner, Ola Mae Pehl, Louise Wilson and Karen Immel
Three sisters-in-law: Betty Wanner, Betty Moellendorf and Judy Langbein
Joe is preceded in death by his parents: Theodore and Lydia Roeder Moellendorf; son: Samuel Keith Moellendorf; two sisters and four brothers: Arthur Moellendorf, Hugo Moellendorf, Margie Moellendorf, Donna Moellendorf and two brothers in infancy.
There will be a visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 18, in the Family Chapel at Greenwood Cemetery, Fredericksburg, with a Funeral Service at 11 a.m.
Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Sam Welch, Kyle Guynes, Cody Christopher, Alvin Anassi, Troy Wanner, Chris Wanner and Jackson Anassi.
Honorary Pallbearers: Bob Metzger, David Moellendorf and Roger Roeder.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be given in his memory to the St. Mary's School Endowment Fund, Mountain Home V.F.D. or to the charity of your choice.
