My most sincere sympathy to Elaine and family. Joe was an incredible man. I knew him through involvement in activities at the church (FUMC Boerne) and around FOR. I always looked up to Joe...he carried himself with confidence while always being humble and interested in others. His presence was just reassuring. I will miss him very much.
